I am fed up. In august we upgraded a phone from an iphone to the nexus 6 and have had the same issue since then.
When i attempt to send him a pic message from my line, which is a note 4, he is NOT receiving the pics, all he gets is a little square with mountains and a red dot. Hes a truck driver, sometimes when he is home he will get them but more often than not, he doesnt and when he is on the road he doesnt get them. ANYONE else can send him pics with no issues at all, its just when i send from my line on the account.
We have changed settings more times than i can count, replaced sim cards in both phones, refresh the phone on the network, refresh the sim and still having the same issue
now oh we need to put in a trouble ticket give us even more of your time NOPE im done ive given 5 months and vzw hasnt fixed it
