Trying to upgrade phone on unlimited plan, headaches and no answers

Been trying to upgrade my phone to an s7 for past 2 weeks or so.

First iti would only let me select a tiered data option. Got no where talking to support just the run around. So I gave up.

Checked back again yesterday and now when I try and check out it will show my unlimited data plan but then adds in a 2gb data plan for another $30 and see no way to remove from the cart. Support is no help, Not sure what to do. I am about to just go find another carrier. Im being told they have removed the 2gb data from what I don't know. Still pops up in cart.

Im not checking out with a tiered data option in my cart so I lose my unlimited. Anybody else been through this. Really getting fed up

You'll need to opt for the full purchase price. You can go in-store for that option as well. You cannot "upgrade" your phone. You have to replace your phone to keep unlimited.

Two weeks is quite a while to wait for the answers you deserve. As Snn5 mentioned, the way to retain the unlimited data is to upgrade the phone by paying the retail price. All other upgrade options will provide you with tiered data options since we have eliminated the unlimited data option.

In order to upgrade with the full price to keep unlimited data is to visit a local store or to contact our support team to upgrade.

The last thing we want is for you to cancel service as a result of the upgrade issues you have run into.

What you say is wrong.

I am eligible for an upgrade with the device payment plan. Ive tried it by going the monthly payment route and the buying straight out route and it always adds extra data to the cart.

Ive contacted support several times and get no help
