In December 2015 ,Verizon ran an promotion that you can get 300$ CREDIT PLUS 2G FRREE IF YOU ADD LINESTO YOUR ACCOUNT. I CALLED THEM December 23 AND ADDED TWO LINES FROM SPRINT. They ADDED 4 G data FREE TO MY ACCOUNT. I TOLD SALED THAT I WANTED TWO GALAXY S6 PHONES AND WANT THEM MONTH TO MONTH. fast-forward 3N WEEKS. I CAALLED VERIZON TO FIND OUT WHY I HAVENT RECIEVED THE PRIMOTIONAL CODE TO TRADE IN THE TWO PHONES AND RECIEVE MY ACCOUNT CREDIT. the REP TOLD ME THAT I DIDNT QUALIFIE FOR THE Promotion, I TOLD HIM IF I DIDNT QUILIFIE FOR THE PRIMOTION WHY DID I GET HALF OF THE PRIMOTIION ALLREADY.tHEN HE TOLD ME THAT HE CANT FIX IT AND ONLY A SUPPERVISOR CAN, he ALSO INFORMED ME THAT i ASKED HIM THAT I SPEEK TO A SUPERVISOR AND HE REFUSED. he THEN PLACED ME ON HOLD AND MY ACCOUNT BILL IS 1000$ and that I am not on the month to month as I ask for.HE WILLL TALK TO A SUPPERVISOR, ITS BEEN TWO HOURS AND I'm STILL ON HOLD. I've BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH VERIZON FOR THREE YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS BAD SIRVICE. I'm at the point of canceling my service with Verizon,I believe if they actually hire people that can speak English and not transfer you from one rep to another and provide training to their people it be great.
