Motorola Razr M has like a bleeding screen, can see anything on the screen

We have a Motoroza RAZR M, screen has like bleeding purple on it, getting worse & worse, can't read the screen

Oh my, this is definitely not normal for a screen, Chadsfan. Has the phone experienced any damages or accidents recently? Do you have insurance?
