Lost Connection to Cell Tower / No Signal

I have a Droid RAZR Maxx (probably 4 years old). At least once per day (sometimes twice) I totally lose connection with the cell tower (no 4G LTE or 3G) when I am inside my house. The connection is usually reestablished after 30-60 seconds. Normally, in my house, my signal strength continously varies from 1 to 5 bars even when using the phone in the same part of my house. I live in the 46224 zip code region near 34th Street and High School Road. Is there any reason why I would totally lose connection with the cell tower? Can I report this to someone who might investigate?

NateDog73, having service when you need it is exactly what we want for you. Losing connection for any period of time is sure to leave you hanging. Let's work together to determine what is causing this issue. How long has this been happening? Do you recall downloading any new apps, games or software?

It has been happening for about a year (not sure exactly). I notice it mostly on weekends when I spend the most time on the internet. However, I'm sure it happens on weekdays too. I don't know if it started after downloading an app or sowtware update.

Since this problem began, have you powered off your device, removed http://vz.to/1n9WPoU and reinserted the SIM Card? Is this problem affecting your data connections only or does it affect calls and/or text messaging as well? Please let me know so that I can further assist.
