I accidentally did a factory reset and now I can't get my contacts and pictures. What can I do?
IF your contacts and photos were backed up or synced to either Verizon cloud or Google, then you just need to log in to the proper account to sync everything back to the phone. If Google, log in with your gmail or google account, and your apps will all be available as well.
If nothing was ever backed up anywhere, then the information is lost.
