Why is Ellipsis tablet not responding?

My Ellipsis tablet is in a book like case. It got caught under the handle of my recliner and left an impression on the cover but no visual damage to screen. However, the screen is lined and bleeding and won't respond or turn off. Help?

What do I do now?

Keeping your tablet safe by putting it in a case was a smart move. I have mine in one as well. I’m sorry to learn that your tablet won’t respond now. Did you happen to add insurance to it at all? This would be something that a calim would have to be filed for to receive a reaplcement.
