I added two phones to my account on August 15, 2015. We were told at the time (from a Verizon store) the we would receive a $200.00 credit per phone for trading in the old phone (which we did) and a $100.00 credit per line for port in the phone numbers (which we did not). To date I have not received the port in credit ($200.00). I called customer service once and was told it would it was in process and about three weeks ago at the same Verizon location was told it should be on the next billing cycle. I still do not have the credit and am now being told that it was never available to me. I am not sure how Verizon can now say to bad.....what a rip off.
