I am trying to send some short videos, 20 sec. average, by email but keep getting the message that the file is too big to attach. How can I compress the file? I've also tried to send it by text and get the same message.

Susan06, we definitely want you to be able to send the videos when you need to. When sending a video, the file will be bigger. This is due to the camera on the phone or the quality of the video. You can change the quality of video to make it smaller by going into the camera application and select 320x240.
