Before we left on vacation, we had good service. Since we returned, we cannot make or receive calls. Internet is intermittent. I switched from Sprint because service was better...now it is MUCH worse.
Glad you made it back from vacation safely may-sea. We're ecstatic that you chose Verizon, and we want to make sure you have the great service you joined us for. Sometimes when you travel your phone doesn't communicate as well with the towers near your home. What service issues are you having? What zip code are you in? What make/model phone do you have?
