I am getting charged for prepaid services that are not mine...no one can help without the phone number

This apparently was a business phone charged to a corporate credit card...we have no idea who has the equipment - they no longer work for us and we don't know the phone number but our card is being charged every month - this has been going on for 2+ years and no one at Verizon will help!! They should be able to track from the credit card number but just getting in touch with a real person at Verizon is nearly impossible because they won't connect unless I have a phone number, and I don't have it!!!!

now here is solution call your credit card company stop any payment to V if you don't have any V account

cause you don't know the phone number which we understand but in order to setup someone must had done it in first place may be not you may be employee had.

if phone number is prepay account then no luck

Someone in accounting has to have an electronic trail to know what phone number is being paid. Total baloney

yes it should but being as prepay account no it cant be that easy without phone number. you and me might think easy but for cell phone carrier without phone number its hard to find .you don't have any tablet which might be attach to that credit card right cause I know tablet can be prepay too. if you cant find any way to track beside just a credit card number my suggestion would be again to reach your card company, hopefully it get solved for you soon

And we thought when the new card (new expiration/security code) was issued the charges would stop. Every other vendor needs you to update expiration information - Not Verizon...they keep charging and charging...

cause card number didn't change and its been getting charged in past so your bank just keep approving it.

again here we can give you input and how to work out calling V and asking without phone number will be just waste of time and will make you more mad as every time you call for solution.

again contact your credit card not V

Madge5915, unexpected charges are certainly never welcome. We absolutely want those to stop for you as quickly as possible. The easiest path, without any account information, would be to reach out to the credit card carrier and refuse these charges. They may even be able to refuse based on the new card being issued. As this is for a pre paid account, the other option would be to reach out to our prepaid team at 888-294-6804 however, as we only leave the last four digits of the card available for employee viewing, a search by the credit card number truly is not one that we can complete.

@madge5915 I regret to learn of the trouble you are having with this business phone. Let's get to the bottom of this. Does the statement show Verizon Wireless or Verizon Communications for the charge? Have you contacted the credit card company? If so what did they say?
