This apparently was a business phone charged to a corporate credit card...we have no idea who has the equipment - they no longer work for us and we don't know the phone number but our card is being charged every month - this has been going on for 2+ years and no one at Verizon will help!! They should be able to track from the credit card number but just getting in touch with a real person at Verizon is nearly impossible because they won't connect unless I have a phone number, and I don't have it!!!!
