Has anyone recieved a text from: weudo@verizon.com.. the message: (Columbia Bank) Please verify mamboportal.ch/confirm? is this a phishing text?

I received this text and fist off I dont bank with Columbia bank, and the text didnt come from the usual number from Verizon. I couldnt find anything on the web so I thought I would check here.
