Poor Data service in downtown Pittsburgh

Hi. For the last several months, my data service in downtown Pittsburgh, PA, during the day has gotten progressively worse. Apps can take a really long time to load, even just Accuweather. It's fine when I'm in my office after 6pm, but during the day it is really slow. I sit next to a window, so my signal strength is fine. Sometimes LTE disappears and it just says 3G. I have an iPhone 5S runing iOS 9.2. I don't think the phone is the problem, I think extra capacity is needed in this area. My building does not have WiFi, so I don't have that option.

Being able to use your phone when you most need it is certainly important. I trust we can find a solution to this data concern. Does this issue only happen inside the office? How is your signal outdoors or other areas?

Thanks. It is slow outside, too. Only slow during the daytime, after 6pm in the office or outside it is good.

I can imagine how frustrating this may be and we are here to make sure we help with a resolution. By chance, do you know if other VZW customers are experiencing the same at this location? I am seeing slow performance. Usually about 1-2 Mbps down and up in downtown. Been like that since December when I switched from AT&T.
