When is Verizon Wireless going to improve cell service in Apex, NC ?

It seems right now, we only have one, maybe two towers with Verizon

on them. In my home on Napoli Driive, reception is a total disaster.

Calls break up and sometimes only get 1 bar or no service at all.

It does not matter if on Auto Band or Band A or Band B settings.

The Roaming has been updated already. Per other forums, I am not

the only customer in this area with horrible service. For example a

couple days ago, I was by my bank on S,Salem St, Apex, NC .. got a

call on my phone while inside the bank fine. Went out to the parking

lot and now get no service.

This bad service has got to get fixed or customers will be leaviing

your service.

bruce_b, we want to make sure that you're getting nothing but stellar service in this area. I was able to look up the town, it looks like you should be getting strong service. How long has this been going on? What kind of cell phone device do you have? How far would you say you need to travel before you an pick up better service? Please keep us posted.
