If I wanted to switch my phone..

Hello everyone,

I am new to the Verizon community, as of December. We switched from AT&T to Verizon through the switch program, besides some confusion with that, we have been very satisfied. Lower bill and better service. I currently have the S6 Edge and feel very "meh" about it, it's not what I wanted, but at the time they did not have the regular S6 in stock. So, I settled for this one after a worker praised it so much. I need to go into Verizon to have my phone looked at, but was curious about the options I have, if any at all. I know I had two weeks (or around that amount of time) to take my phone back in if I was not satisfied when we first purchased the phones. I did not do it, but I wish I had. I just hated to go back in and bother them, even though I know that's what they are there for. If I were to want to get the regular S6, I would have to pay out my whole contract amount, correct? Or is that something I could possibly do when I go in to get my Edge looked at?

THe Device payment program allows you to payoff your current installments and sell the phone, then buy a replacement.

AN option that was difficult under contracts, but possible with installment purchases.

Rather than get stuck again, go see the guys at Best Buy (or as I call it, "The place I keep setting off the doggone sensor alarms cause I can't keep my hands off the shiny Samsung gadgets"). The Samsung experience desk is a better place to get an idea how the phone works and feels. They are specifically Samsung people. The new GS7 may be hard to get, but the bigger battery and return of the SD card put it at the top of my "next" list.

I Sell on eBay often. Put high quality photos and a good description. Have the auction end on Saturday night.

Oh that is good to know! I didn't realize they had the SD slot back on them. I know to do that next time. I guess it was such a quick switch, I didn't really take the time to "play" around with phones before we got them.
