Hello everyone,
I am new to the Verizon community, as of December. We switched from AT&T to Verizon through the switch program, besides some confusion with that, we have been very satisfied. Lower bill and better service. I currently have the S6 Edge and feel very "meh" about it, it's not what I wanted, but at the time they did not have the regular S6 in stock. So, I settled for this one after a worker praised it so much. I need to go into Verizon to have my phone looked at, but was curious about the options I have, if any at all. I know I had two weeks (or around that amount of time) to take my phone back in if I was not satisfied when we first purchased the phones. I did not do it, but I wish I had. I just hated to go back in and bother them, even though I know that's what they are there for. If I were to want to get the regular S6, I would have to pay out my whole contract amount, correct? Or is that something I could possibly do when I go in to get my Edge looked at?
