We have no service. Received one phone call early this morning and none since then. The phone rings but we can't communicate with anyone. We also have no dial tone and can't call out either. We have been thru every step in the Troubleshooting Assistant with zero results. We are paid up, we are in a very good coverage area (Kelseyville, CA 95451), and have had no problems in our location or with Verizon during the time we have lived here (1 year). Now we are unable to communicate. Why?
