We'll be happy to assist you with your concern. The first thing we would like you to try is performing a soft reset. You can do this by pressing and holding the power button on the right edge of the devcie until the Phone options screen appears. When this appears, release the power button, then tap "Power Off and Restart." When prompted, tap OK. Allow several seconds for the device to power off and restart.
