LG G3 Software Update

I received a software update for my LG G3 sometime after 2330hrs 02/18/16. I am at fault for not doing research on the update, I just clicked install.

My phone is encrypted with MobileMe, (required by my agency/SEC for security. I'm a financial services provider). The update was said to be successfully downloaded and I hit install, and now it's hung up on the boot screen for the past half hour. Is anyone else having this issue??

Awesome, the pieces are starting to come together. I do think we can still get your phone working for you. Since clearing the Cache did not work I would recommend doing an alternate reset http://vz.to/1SXa36J. Please note you will need your gmail account and password to use this. Also you will loose any information not backed up in the Verizon Cloud or via google.

It's important that we get your phone back up and running, Mjzurinsky2. Since the phone is not going past the boot screen, please try the following to wipe the cache parition. This will not erase your content. With the device powered off, press and hold both volume up and down keys at the same time. Press the power key only until the phone vibrates one, and then only release the power key. Continue to hold the volume up and down keys until the Android System Recovery screen appears. Press the volume down key to highlight wipe cache partition. Press the power key to select. Make sure Reboot System Now is highlighted and press the power key or to reboot. After you have completed these steps, if the phone boots up normally, please complete an update of all of your apps and keep us posted.

Ok, got the cache wiped, and afternoon entered my encryption password, "Andy" appeared as usual, and went right away. (Not normal since the mobil-me app was installed, my G3 has been AWFUL in responsiveness!! So SLOW! The VZW logo appears as it normally does and after 10 minutes, its still on the boot screen. UGH!! I'm going to attempt your solution again and see if that works. I'll let you know that I happens.

Ok, after about 5 hours now and attempting several times of wiping the cache, I get to enter my password, the phone accepts it, then goes to the red VZW boot screen and just hangs there. After 10-20 minutes, I pull the battery and try again. Is there anything else I can do, without a factory data reset??

Also, I keep getting a screen saying about hardware alarms and turning it on and off. I have a picture of it, how can I post it or get it to you??
