I purchased a galaxy s4 in 2013. Im not sure the exact date when i first purchased my phone and upgraded to a new plan but after a year of having my phone while charging it with the factory charger it caught on fire and burned the charging port. The phone worked just wouldnt charge. I took it to my local verizon and they replaced it with another s4 but they extended my contract date 2 years as if i had just purchased this replacent. Im now needing a new one as mine is starting toess up and im waiting for the s7. Is there any way they could change the contract end date to the original date instead of me waiting longer amd having an s4 for 3 years.
