The jet pack WILL NOT connect laptop and cellphone. Thats why I am using so much Data. LTE. Not Verizon.

Cannot make changes onto the internet to make changes... Please help!

Can the Verizon ppl at the store help me make the online changes? Since I cannot do it from home..
