My phone contract is almost up and I'm looking to upgrade to a new iPhone out of contract on the 24 month payment plan. Right now I pay $40 for my line access but I understand it will drop to $20 once I'm out of contract. Will the $20 line access fee jump up to $40 once the phone is paid off or will it remain $20? In other words, will that $20 line access fee stay $20 regardless of whether or not the phone is paid in full?
