I had to get a new phone. There was a voicemail on the old phone that I didn't delete. Can I retrieve it? Since I didn't delete it I figure it should still be somewhere, right? or does it save to the phone?
If you are moving from an Android to another Android. your voicemail will not change and the messages are stored on Verizon's servers - it should still be there when you log in to your voicemail.
Moving between iPhone and Android, you may lose voicemails if they are not Visual Voicemail or backed up anywhere.
