I've had my phone for about a week now and I had full service everywhere I went (06798 zip code) but now I only have 1 bar and my LTE won't work.

Angelc15, let's get you back up to speed. Please power the device off and remove the SIM Card. After completing these steps please put the SIM Card back in and power the device back on.
