I'm concerned that after more than 20 years with Verizon, it appears I am paying far more for my services than your less tenured customers. For example, I've noticed most customers are paying $20 or less for the "Line Access," fee whereas my line access fee is $49.99 per line. (note: I have 2 lines attached to my account). In addition to this $100.00, I pay an additional $20 for unlimited talk. This is a whopping $120.00 before adding any any additional features such as "email/web access," "text messages," and "hot spot" fees. Please help me understand why is this the case and what can be done to correct this? I appreciate your assistance.
