If any of you deal with Verizon agent named [Personal information removed as required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] be careful because he lies to you and cost you more money. I can't believe Verizon has these kind of employees working for them. Be careful with Verizon agents.

I was told by him and his manager that I would not be charged the early fee for transferring phone to prepay and I was
the person who did that to finish that process that person suppose to informed you. Did you completed that process by calling or in store?
They didnt and told me I wouldnt have to pay that fee so we finished the process during the same phone called.
