Ringback Tones

I received a text letting me know that my Ringback tone would expire in 14 days. I was told to keep it, Reply Y. I did this and received another text stating I would now have my Ringback tone for one year... and my account would be charged $1.99. Even after all this, I lost the Ringback tone that I paid for. Now, what do I need to do?

Uh oh, ShayDeb. My friends love to call me to hear which ringback tone I have set for them so I want to get to the bottom of this. May I ask where you are going in order to try to set that ringback tone again? You can either go to the Media Store  or from the Verizon Tones app on your phone.
