My LG G3 camera stopped working

I get a "Cannot connect to camera" message when I select the app. Additionally, the LED doesn't work on my flashlight app, and the camera also doesn't work for my banking app.  I've already restarted the phone, uninstalled/reinstalled the banking app, and cleared the data and cache from the camera. Any suggestions?

You've come to the right place for help friendrice38. We definitely want you to be able to use all the functions of your phone.I appreciate all the troubleshooting you've done so far.

How long have you had this issue? Has there been any damage to the phone? Are you using the default camera app that was preinstalled on the phone or a 3rd party app you downloaded? Are you able to use the camera to take pictures or videos?
