So I have a unlimited data plan. Read back when they announced the new $20 fee being added that I was able to now upgrade my phone and keep my unlimited.
So now a phone I want is coming and I want to upgrade to it. When I go into my account and choose upgrade device I go through and I choose the S7, select what phone protection plan I want etc... But then it brings me to the plan selection and I only see the tiered data I see no option to keep unlimited. If I just hit continue and go to the cart it shows phone charge and my voice plan charge and nothing for data.
Contacted chat and was told at first I couldn't upgrade, then that I should be able to, and then that they couldn't help me and to call.
Called but was on hold forever and then disconnected and am feeling very annoyed.
Does anyone know what the story is on upgrading your phone with an unlimited plan? Should there be an option to pick it or do I just checkout without choosing data. Any insight would be appreciated
