We live in a rural area and have paid big bucks for Homefusion 4g LTE for years. About 8 months ago our router stopped recieving 4g signal. I called Verizon and they told me to expect a new router within days. Two weeks later, no router. Called again. Service person said order must have been lost. Assured me he would call me within 24 hours and new router on its way. Week later, no call, no router. Called again. Told me they could not send me new router. I paid to have a service person come out - in the meantime, 4g starts working. Paid $175 for the tech to come out, and he couldn't find anything wrong with cantenna or router. 4g out again today. Went through the dog and pony show with tech service on phone. 4g light is orange. Lights on cantenna red and green. Tech tries to order a new router. Finds he can't do that without charging me and replacing the whole shebang -including cantenna, which is working. Says they will call back in 24 hours. Not holding my breath. Has anyone else had issues with Homefusion router and the inability to fix/replace the rout when it stops working?
