I just upgraded to 18G plan. My plan renews the 25th of every month. According to you records I used a 10G of data on the 26th, even though I am the only one that has excess to the modem. I used 10G without watching a movie or streaming anything really. I am at work all day, so I was not at my home to use 10G and my devices are using the wirless on my job all day . I was already disappointed in the plan to begin with. I really can't watch movies on the plan that I now have anyway. Then to have 10G mysteriously disapear. As soon as my two year contract is up I will be changing wireless companies. This is has not been a good experience with your company.
