UA.exe download to laptop

My new HP 360 Spectre laptop/tablet continually flashes the error message "UA.exe - System Error" "The program can't start because: C:\users\Thom|App\Data\Roaming\Verizon\UA_ar\mfc90.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

What device do you have plugged in to your HP computer? because a .dll is a registry file from Windows, which is a PC issue. possibly due to a file not downloading and installing correctly.

Thanks! Only devices added are the cell phone or Ipod for charging.

do you have the upgrade assistant? program installed or software upgrade/repair assistant? try uninstalling and then reinstalling it.
