I successfully deleted photos and music from my cloud using the Verizon Cloud desktop app. However, those same photos and music still show up on on my phone when using the Verizon Cloud phone app.
When I try to delete the photos or music from my phone app I get the following error message "Sorry, we couldn't find your file. Your file may have been deleted from your Cloud using another device".
How can I remove the photos and music from my phone app that I was able to remove using my Verizon Cloud desktop app.
I have a Droid Turbo 2 phone.
