When I try and open a video from Facebook on my elipsis 8 tablet all i get is rainbow colored lines. sometimes the sound works just no picture. Is there something i can do to fix this problem?
Its important to have full use of your awesome Tablet JaniceCar. Is there any damage to the device? Do you have a case on the device? If so, remove the case and test. How long have you had the issue?
