Second part download failed

I was trying to update the Android lollipop for Sony Experia Z3V, yesterday.

However, I did not finish the download for senond part due to lost of WiFi connection. Thus, I am wondering how I can redownload it again. In fact, I tried to use the Z3V system update function to redownload it but it keeps tells me you are fail to this download. Does anyone know how to solve this issure to get my Z3V upgrade process finish?!

CS0828 - We want to ensure you're able to get that software update on your device. I welcome the opportunity to assist you with this matter. If you've not been able to get the software update to re-initialize, please power off the device and then remove the SIM card and then reinsert the SIM card and power the device back on. Once powered on, go into Settings>System Updates>Check for System Update to retry the install.
