I due for a upgrade but when I try to upgrade it only gives my tow choices monthly or full retail
Which plan do you have now? Verizon Wireless and the other carriers are moving away from the two year contract price option and requiring the customers to purchase the phone at full retail price either outright or over 24 months of installment payments.
It sounds as if you have switched to the Verizon Plan. Discounted phones with 2 yr service contracts are no longer allowed if you have switched to the Verizon Plan.

Apparently Sprint offers contracts.
Sprint just brought back the two-year contract | The Verge
So does AT&T and Verizon Wireless. They either restrict who can get contracts based on the type of plan the customer has or discourage customers from selecting the option.
I wrote carriers are moving away from contracts. I never said removed the option altogether.
Sprint removed the option. Then brought the option back.
Paradee, getting that new phone is truly something that I would love to do right now as well. We appreciate all of the great responses regarding the two year upgrade. As the two year upgrade option is still available for customers that have the More Everything or Nationwide Plans, which plan do you have?
