So back in 2014 I had Samsung galaxy S5 and had it for 5 months on Verizon edge I was told by customer service on the phone that I paid off the phone and put a note on my account saying I paid it off. The. Come July 2015 I receive a bill for 599.99. The bill said I have never paid off the device but wait customer service put in notes that I did. So from 2014 to now I been calling customer service and I was told yes that i didn't pay off the phone so that charge right. Customer service is really Bad a following up with customer issues looks like I won't be choosing Verizon wireless for my next phone.
With that being said I do not trust the payment agreement. Now I have to look over my bill to make sure I am being billed right because I don't want another bill like that again. Now I can't wait for June to come for I can get rid of Verizon.
