Cannot connect to wi-fi. Other users in household have no issues. Turned off phone, restarted phone, cleared wifi info and reset wifi including reentering password. No luck. Any ideas?
We definitely want to make sure you stay connected to your WiFi, muskie66ottis appreciate all the work you have already done to resolve this issue. I want to make sure you we you connected and have you stay connected. So I can better understand that situation I have a few questions. What make/model phone? When did this start? What happens when you try to connect?
