My business is trying to send emails out to our @vtext.com emails. My IP is [removed]
I keep getting an error message:
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: 554 njbrspamp1.vtext.com
We are on a server and we are the only ones who own and use the IP in question. The server was just purchased so it may have been used by someone else before. But we are not on a shared hosting account.And we are not on any other blacklist anywhere. All emails work except for @vtext.com
I have contacted whitelist@verizononline.net and they said we are not blocked but they do not deal with @vtext.com. They said to contact abuse@verizonwireless.com and I have contacted them twice with no response.
What do I need to do to get this so emails can come through our website to our business contacts?
Please let me know what we can do to solve this issue immediately..
