Bait and switch, Data plans. Not appying bonus data.

So i upgraded my plan for this months from one of the older more expensive 16gb (i think) plans to the new 12gb plan. Now when i ordered it the first page was online. Offering 2gb bonus data per phone... i have 6 phones so should my total data should 24gb?

If it's the same promo that I think you're talking about you had to upgrade your plan AND upgrade your devices...all of which had to be done using the device payment plan. If you only upgraded your plan then you did not meet eligibility for the promo as you didn't upgrade devices.
