Three of my colleagues have same issue. they say it has been a month since the speed has been sluggish. Whats going on Verizon? Speedtest app shows 0.18mbps, and sometimes it says no connection at all.

I guess they spend just on fancy TV adds with color balls, and back-up QBs, rather than on fixing issues.
