Does anyone know the corporate address for Verizon? they have a email address?
Hi Switsfamily,
Your loyalty to Verizon Wireless is awesome and we would never want to see you go. Every dollar counts, which means being on a plan that offers the best value for your usage. We can review the account for savings. Please respond to the Direct Message that I sent.

Got your message. To upgrade it keeps costing me money
you are right every time you upgrade most of carrier has upgrade free unless you are on pre pay but service is prepay is not always worth...lets say that if I need to pay $40 for 2 years upgrade it be $0.83 a month or buy with full retail then no upgrade fee but you end up paying a lot for new phone :smileyhappy:
No, most carriers have stopped "free" upgrades. Most are also trying to get away from contracts and subsidized devices altogether, making it more challenging to go the old contract route. Instead we see more device payment plans and purchase of used devices from other places like eBay to keep cost down. No service contract cell service is the direction the industry is moving in, not the other way around.
