Need a new device, suspension, edge and more

So I have a Samsung on my line ending in 2391.

I am wanting to add an edge line for a lg.

After I want to suspend, without billing, my 2391 line for 90 days. In april, withing those 90 days, I will have the money needed to pay the contact cancellation fee for the Samsung. When I would add the line I want to swap the numbers from the old line 2391 to the new line added with edge.

My question, can I add a line on edge, swap numbers of the two lines, and suspend the unneeded line, all in one day?

just a thought if your line #2391 is under contract then suspending without billing will increase contract for that time of period.
