So I just got an LG Optimus Revolution running Android 2.3.6 as a cheap temporary phone until I can get a replacement. After an initial factory reset, I noticed that the google play store wouldn't work. After two more factory resets, it's still giving me the following error:
the application google play store (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. please try again
Am I just not going to be able to use the store because this phone is so old or something? And I've already tried clearing the app data, it didn't help at all.
