I find it really disturbing that the only way to provide feedback regarding an experience with customer service is to snail mail a complaint. Verizon Wireless is a technology based company and you rely on snail mail?
I have spent over 4 hours (in 3 different phone calls) on the phone with Verizon regarding a line of service that was never activated on my account. It took me 3 phone calls to get the resolution finalized. On the 3rd phone call, it took me 54 minutes before I was transferred to a supervisor when I requested a supervisor immediately upon the call being answered. When I requested again to speak to a supervisor, I was threatened by the operator, Jamal, to have my conversation disconnected despite the fact that I was never disrespectful to the operator. Never called him names, cussed or anything. This is unacceptable. I am a business owner and spending 4 hours fighting an issue (that shouldn't be an issue) is ridiculous....time is money! Not to mention that I have 10 lines of service and spend a ton of money with Verizon. When people ask me about Verizon, my response is they are pricey, but you get what you pay for! We have always loved Verizon. But how this situation was handled is absolutely, completely and totally ridiculous and I would like for someone to contact me directly regarding this. Vaughn, [removed], was full of attitude and condescending. He never even gave me an opportunity to talk. I encourage Verizon to listen to the phone call on 2/5/16 that began at 10:38 am central standard time and lasted 1 hour and 14 minutes.
