How do I report poor wireless coverage

I cannot find anywhere on the website to report poor coverage.  It caused me a substantial issue today when I spent fifteen minutes in the bank parking lot trying to pull up my fiancee's online banking to get the account number so I could deposit a check for her, and - after fifteen minutes - the bank closed before I could manage to get the website pulled up.
