I am completely appalled at the service and help (or lack-thereof)that I have received. In the last two years I have been promised several things by there representatives and "supervisors", but when it came time to deliver i got nothing and was told there was nothing anyone could do about it. Well there is something i can do. I can call every day for the rest of the week and ask to speak to a manager(of which i was told there weren't any). I can wait for a call back from them, and when i don't receive that call back I will formally write a letter to the corporate office. I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and see that this complaint is followed through. I will also go as far as filing in small claims court if I do not get a response. Do you know why I would go through all of this? Because no one deserves to be treated the way I have been treated. Especially a customer of 11 years.
