Tonight my Galaxy S6 decided that it was going to factory reset all on its own. After I set the phone back up I am attempting to restore my pictures and videos that are stored on the verizon cloud back to my phone. The issue is that when I go to content restore and it searches for content to restore it does not find all of my pictures and videos that are currently on the cloud. When I go to look at my pictures and videos I notice that there is a lock in the upper left hand corner of many of my pictures and almost all of my videos. The app will only allow me to restore those items that do not have a lock on them. My question is why is the lock there and how do I remove it so I can restore all of my data?
