Within the last few weeks I have seen a severe degradation in my signal strength while at work. Where I was previously getting a weak LTE signal I am now either getting no signal or 1 bar of 1X. All things have remained constant in the building (i.e. - no physical location change, phone is the same). Coworkers with Verizon, on a wide array of phones, have commented on experiencing the same issue during this same time period. I have seen no changes in my home area (30 miles from work) coverage during this period. How do I report this issue to open a network trouble ticket?
