I decided to join Verizon because of the ability to lease my phone and I could also get my employee discount. Well, both were lies. It is not a lease agreement it is a purchase agreement and I can not get my employee discount because my plan does not qualify for it. Sales people at my local store led me to believe it was a lease and I could get the discount. On top of that, my cell phone does not have any reception at my house. I have absolutely no bars at all. Of course, I checked area coverage and all that online before I went to the store. My area was a nice dark red. My store says buy a booster. Spent $40 on one that attaches to the phone. Nothing, no help at all. Now their only response is for me to buy a home booster. Well, these run $250 and up. It's ridiculous that I am paying for a service that I can not get 3 miles away from the store. Thought about switching to another network but even if I cancel, I'm obligated to pay for a $650 phone. Like most people, I can not afford to pay that much for a phone and not use it. So now I'm stuck. Like, I said, big mistake joining Verizon they are a big rip off!!!
