How can I resolve this low memory issue?

I have a Pantech breakout and have had it for about 2 or 3 Weeks and so far it has been just great for what I need. I have a 16 gig memory card in it and have moved all my games over but it still has low memory. There are alot of preinstalled apps that I don't use but can't delete. How can I resolve this low memory issue?
